1. No Biometric Data Collection
Hira does not collect, extract, or analyze any biometric identifiers. The app does not carry out facial recognition, detect feature points, or create identity profiles from user photos.

2. Purpose of Photo Processing
Photos uploaded to Hira are processed solely for AI-powered image enhancement, such as increasing sharpness, clarity, and resolution. The process is intended only to improve visual quality and does not involve facial recognition, identity verification, or feature analysis.

3. Data Storage and Deletion
Enhanced images, along with their originals, remain stored locally on the user’s device and are accessible in the app’s history section. Users have full control and may delete these photos at any time, which permanently removes them from the app. Any temporary data generated during AI processing is automatically deleted once the task is completed.

4. No Third-Party Sharing
Since no biometric or facial data is collected, none is shared or transmitted to third parties.


4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to support your Hira experience. Key uses include:

1. App Operation & Optimization

· Maintaining App stability and fixing technical glitches.

· Developing new features aligned with user needs.

2. User Communications
